Loyalty Program

What I did:

  • Conducted quantitative research and usability tests;
  • Developed hypotheses based on tests;
  • Discovered that users do not understand how bonuses are awarded, deducted, and expire, don't know how to increase their loyalty program level, and are dissatisfied with options for redeeming bonuses;
  • Conducted research on third-party services;
  • Together with the product team, we compiled a list of requirements for improving the loyalty program;
  • Designed loyalty program level interface, achievement section, and invite friend interface;
  • Conducted a final design review of the test version of the application.

Redesign of the SberEapteka app

  • Together with the product team, we identified the main hypotheses based on metrics and research;
  • Identified problem scenarios that require complex changes on the entire customer journey map (CJM);
  • Prepared wireframes and prototypes for research;
  • Conducted quantitative research and usability tests;
  • With the design team, we completely updated the design system and structured all components;
  • Designed the interface for the home page, authorization, personal offers, pharmacies, address selection flow, and more;
  • Designed images for the app store & play market;Conducted a final design review of the test version of the application.

Result

  • Increased conversion by 15% through optimizing the user journey.
  • Boosted the conversion rate of adding items to the cart in the app by 19%.
  • Reduced the number of 'abandoned carts' by 40% and decreased the number of purchase rejections on the website.
  • Reduced monthly losses from expired products by 7%
